Refund policy

At Pawzi, we work hard to provide quality products and a great shopping experience.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If you experience one of the situations above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once we review your request, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.
